Food Quality Control Technician / Supervisor

Job Description

  • Perform pre-operational inspection on equipment when necessary, before handing off for start-up.
  • Perform line checks to ensure product is in compliance with specifications.
  • Monitor all line settings and document in accordance with process control requirements.
  • Adhere to food safety and established principles.
  • Audit, assess and report compliance level for documented process control standards. These include breading pickup, fry line checks, and package inspections, cook-off evaluation.
  • Perform critical control point checks, pre-shipment reviews, allergen checks on process as outlined in the HACCP requirements and other QA duties defined in the Quality Assurance Plan.
  • Troubleshoot processing lines and figure out solutions to operations that target manufacturing and food safety requirements.
  • Evaluate held product, suggest disposition and inform quality assurance personnel as required.
  • Inspect raw material products and report any deficiencies and off-spec products to quality assurance manager.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science or equivalent food manufacturing experience.
  • Understanding of food processing operations, HACCP, and Quality Assurance Systems.
  • Be flexible with working hours.
  • Proficient in Excel.

QC Welding/Piping Inspector

Job Description

  • Perform inspection services to verify the quality EPC work during the course of the projects.
  • The incumbent will monitor and/or perform quality activities at all stages of projects. The incumbent will ensure contractors work is in compliance using good knowledge of SAUDI ARAMCO engineering requirements, standards, procedures, specifications, and Schedule of the project contract.The incumbent will provide training to others as and when required. Duties may require physical exertion, working outdoors, confined spaces, high elevations, and remote work locations, and on or off-shore.
  • Perform Hold, Witness and Surveillance inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
  • Inspect material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at SAUDI ARAMCO facilities and/or construction sites.
  • Monitor Contractors Quality Systems, records and Quality Personnel for compliance with requirements.
  • Review and evaluate Contractors Quality document submittals.
  • 5-Witness on-site and off-site material and installations tests for compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
  • Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment and report to supervisor detailed potential problems for early resolution.
  • Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Worksheets (WSs) and Equipment Deficiency Report (EDRs) as needed.

Skills

  • B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least four (4) years of experience in relevant inspection discipline.
  • or two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
  • Fluent command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Good working knowledge of standard PC workstation usage and basic M.S Office software applications.
  • Resume reflected good working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
  • Holds a valid international certifications as a welding inspector in AWS or CSWIP.
  • Resume reflected a working knowledge/experience of standard codes.

Quality Control Chemist

Job Description

  • Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct test.
  • Test incoming chemical raw materials ( physically & chemically) to ensure that they meet the required specifications.
  • Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties, composition, structure, relationships, and reactions.
  • Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.
  • Compile and analyze test information to ensure that all meet the specifications.
  • Direct, coordinate, and advise personnel on test procedures for analyzing components and physical properties of materials.
  • Induce changes in composition of substances by introducing heat, light, energy, and chemical catalysts for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Write reports, and prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.
