Printshop Manager

Job Description

  • Supervise and directs the the day-to-day operations of the print shop.
  • Responds to the sales team on completion of their print jobs.
  • Review and ensures that all printing jobs are correcting laid out.
  • Schedule and monitor the printing work so that the jobs are assigned on a priority basis.
  • Supervise the upkeep and repair of printing equipment by practicing preventive maintenance measures.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets of the print shop.
  • Purchase and maintains adequate supplies for the printing operation.
  • Provide employee evaluations.
  • Maintain printing operation reports.
  • Operate the printing equipment as needed.
  • Maintains inventory records, determine supply and inventory levels for all materials.

Skills
