Diesel Engines / Hydraulic systems mechanic

Job Description

  • Do major overhaul work and and also minor repair & maintenance work on diesel engines.
  • Do other repairs and general maintenance tasks like checking brakes, oil, the transmission, and wheel alignment, etc.

Skills

  • Have a diploma or a trade certificate.
  • Alternatively have a certificate from vehicle manufacturer for at least 150 hrs. of technical training within the last past 5 years.
  • Qualified to do repair and maintenance work specific to diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
  • Have worked in service centers authorized by the vehicle manufacturer.
  • Ability to read and understand Service Manuals.
  • Have extensive knowledge of diesel engine mechanics.
  • Have extensive knowledge of safety practices and techniques in mechanics.

Mechanical Technician

Job Description

  • Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.
  • Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation.
  • Inspect parts for surface defects.
  • Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
  • Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
  • Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.

  • Should have 5-6 yrs work experience in troubleshooting Hydraulic & Pneumatic Pumps & Cylinders.
  • Should be capable to read and understand Hydraulic & Electrical Schematic diagrams.
  • Should handle the jobs individually and cope up with the existing team.
  • Diploma / Bachelors Electro Mechanical / Mechanical

Instrumentation and Control Technician

Job Description

  • Perform routine calibration, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of new and existing automated systems. 
  • Troubleshoot faults and repair instrumentation systems.
  • Check individual instruments, tests loops, inspect interfaces and measuring devices, determine the best method of repair.
  • Remove faulty instruments, installs replacements, checks loop circuits by simulated signals, replace defective elements such as connections, transmitters, thermocouples, pressure switches, etc. 
  • Disassemble component parts, replaces worn or defective parts and circuitry, check and adjust calibrations, install or modify loops and impulse lines, connect and fixe indicators, recorders and controllers, carry out calibration and function tests on instruments and associated recorders and indicators.
  • Run conduit, pull wiring, and install electrical/instrumentation devices.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrument systems.
  • Calibrate instrumentation such as flow, level, pressure, and temperature systems.
