Logistics, Property & Procurement Officer

Job Description

  • Assist in the supply chain tasks, process customs approvals, follow up with vendors on the status of the clearance process.
  • Maintain and update logistics tracking sheets.
  • Be responsible for filing up the logistics documents.
  • Serve as liaison with the government offices and fulfill any official paperwork requirement.
  • Consolidate and track warehouse system.
  • Verify that purchased assets and inventory are entered into the warehouse tracking system, before being dispatched to requester, and that assets accountability forms are signed.

Logistics Specialist

Job Description

  • Manage the procurement & delivery function and ensure that an accurate warehouse inventory is kept through recording incoming & outgoing products.
  • Assist the finance department by reporting proper documentations, enabling them to do accurate costing and correct suppliers accounts.
  • Record all Goods Requisition Forms for the products/spare parts; consolidate GRFs into Purchase Order that is sent to supplier.
  • Follow-up with supplier shipping of the orders and update shipping log, prepare clearance documents or follow-up receiving clearance documents.
  • Prepare insurance request, file and follow-up insurance claims to suppliers in order to recover any claims in a timely and complete manner.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Operations Department to ensure timely arrival of goods within allotted budget.
  • Responsible for all customer clearance activities.
  • Maintain accurate usage and billing records.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for arranging payment to the suppliers (LTD, insurance, clearance agent and forwarders if any).

Skills

  • Degree in Commerce or Business Administration from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years work experience in logistics/Procurement field.
  • Expert knowledge in shipping, inbound logistics functions and trade terms, clearance and insurance rules and regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local customs and tax regulations, and national and international standards
  • Broad knowledge of administrative practices.
  • Demonstrated skill in time management.
  • Strong ability to take fast and correct decisions
  • Knowledge of MS Office

Stock Keeper

Job Description

  • Receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing merchandise for use.
  • Count merchandize, physically and/or electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Inspect quality of goods and report any discrepancies.
  • Classify, store and tag items in the warehouse on a daily basis as per procedures.
  • Check the inventory of products and report the inventory status to the manager at the end of the day.
  • Assist sales persons in replenishing the goods in order to ensure availability of products at all time.

Corporate Supply Chain Executive

Job Description

  • Support warehouses and customers with operational and system issues.
  • Conduct logistics field audits.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are up to date and followed in the warehouses and any customized operations are documented in customized SOPs.
  • Provide system training.
  • Manage the UAT (user acceptance testing) for new functionalities and reports to insure requirements are met before deployment.
  • Ensure requirements are collected for WMS new functions, reports & enhancements initiated form both customers and stations and prioritize these projects with IT team.
  • Make sure that the operational integration and new functions manuals are done for prior of projects completion.
  • Review customer invoicing for stations to ensure its aligned with the standards.
  • Handle Tenders from end to end including costing, building the proposals (technical and financial), preparing presentations.
  • Ensure the operations are meeting KPIs targets and contractual SLAs with the customers and devise corrective actions with the stations.
